It is important to us to provide our members with the very best online and mobile platforms. The new Digital Banking system is customizable, more secure, and has many new forward features to make managing your money simpler and stress-free.

Alternate Account Access must be configured on the account AND the user logging in must be on the alternate account to see the shares/loans. Members that are primary or joint on the Linked Account will be able to see it inside HCU Digital Banking. If a different account owner is joint on the Linked Account, they will need to log in with their own username and password to view and manage the Linked Account.

 

No. Your current HCU Online and Mobile Banking username and password will be used for the new system.

Members can register for HCU Digital Banking on our website, www.hcu.coop. You will simply need your account number and social security number. Online registration will not be available Thursday, Oct. 21 through Monday, Nov. 8. Members may contact our eBranch during that time at 800.428.8472 for assistance.

Android users will need to download a new Heartland Credit Union App. An update will be issued to Apple iOS users. Members who do not have automatic updates enabled will need to manually update the app through the App Store.

No. Your current registration will transfer to the new system. Current Bill Pay “payees” will migrate to the new Digital Banking system and schedule bills will continue to pay as normal.

eAlerts via email will continue and will feature more detail. Any customization to eAlerts will need to be set back up inside the new Digital Banking system by clicking on the Alerts widget. This includes SMS and Push Notifications.

Just log in to HCU Digital Banking, and the Credit Score Manager is available on your Dashboard! Checking your score through Credit Score Manager will not impact your score.

Yes. Members can add accounts from other institutions, such as loans, credit cards, checking accounts and more. This will allow you to track your entire financial picture from inside HCU Digital Banking, saving you time. Click “Get Started” under the Connect Other Accounts widget.

Yes. Debit cards can be blocked and unblocked. Credit cards will still be managed through the MyCardRules App.

There is a Diamond Awards widget located inside HCU Digital Banking. You will not need to login with a separate username and password to access the Diamond Awards portal.
