HCU Digital Business Banking lets you manage your accounts anytime, anywhere—on your PC or mobile device. Create, manage and submit your ACH payroll and collection files. Connect accounts from multiple financial institutions with Account Aggregation and view all balances and transactions in one secure place.
Flexible account management
Ensure security and accountability with custom entitlements for dual control authorizations. Assign tailored access to accountants, office managers, or other team members without updating account cards. Sub-user permissions can be configured to give as much or as little access as needed, helping you maintain clear separation of duties.
Organized payments and security
Manage debit cards for all signers in one place—set alerts, transaction limits, and merchant types, plus turn cards on/off and update PINs easily. Keep accounts organized by renaming shares and creating specific shares for taxes, insurance, payroll, and operating funds. Access BillPay, electronic statements, tax documents, and up to two years of records all in one convenient location.
