Heartland Credit Union is proud to announce the appointment of Melissa Pronk as the new Branch Manager at our East Kellogg location.
As branch manager, Pronk is responsible for driving branch performance and overseeing the day-to-day branch operations, with a focus on providing personalized financial solutions and fostering strong relationships with members. She will also guide, train, and lead branch staff.
Pronk has nearly two decades of managerial experience. Prior to joining Heartland Credit Union, she led operations and growth and demonstrated a true passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture through her leadership. Pronk holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Baker University and an associate’s in finance from Wichita State University. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Melissa serves as the Secretary for Kansas Rush Wichita.
